with a lathe centre drill
Must have a hell of a swing on your lathe to spin a whole engine round

That’s the kiddie, been meaning to make one for ages
I found a spot weld drill was good for flattening the top of a snapped stud, you get to drill it proper then with no slipping

Do you have more information or any link where I can find these pre -made pieces
It is so difficult to find specific information on the Internet...i assume that gsx750 and gs75x have same engine?
Grumpy1260 do a mount kit, you'll need to email them regarding them and they'll get them made to suit.
As for the two air cooled engines being the same, Ive no idea
-
You can fit pretty much any engine you want, the mounts are readily available either pre made or theres patterns on here to get your own cut. @Wescooley19built a stunning 750ES with an 1100 engine and had to do a few mods due to the height of the motor but it went in. A short stroke 750 oil cooled engine should be relatively trouble free

I did the same on my EF, been fine for years

No it misses the clutch push rod but hits that rear bolt on the cover, I removed some of the meat but still hitting, wondering if it's safe to remove that bolt piece, or maybe just go down to a 16 tooth.
Cut the offending piece off and leave the bolt out. The cover is still secure with the other 5(?) bolts holding it in.

I could be tempted!

Swingarm pivot will need sleeving. The bearing sleeves out of a slingshot swingarm should go straight into the K2 arm. Its pretty much the same procedure as fitting a SRAD750 arm iirc
You'll want to space the top shock mount out about 15mm, use the K2 knuckle and an adaptor to locate the knuckle mounting to the right place, and a set of adjustable dogbones.

which model thou? I know k1/k2 will fit with some persuasion and heat but some later ones wont as their runners are co joined

There are a couple of others, left side, to the frame & the plate that holds the electrics behind the side panel. Black wire, white stripe with a ring terminal that's often butchered or missing
I stand corrected Muliple earths only ever creates headaches though IMO

As @johnrsays, check every earth connection.
My money is on a corroded bullet connector or someone has put those shitty red/blue crimp connectors on somewhere and the crimp has failed. Main earth point is the battery and a lead to the engine, you shouldnt have any others as it'll create an earth loop

More cost effective to fit some BST34 off the 11 or teapot
It really isnt. You wouldnt swap flatties for CV's!
Well worth doing

From memory Busa rods are 2.5mm longer than GSXR rods, so even with the 1mm shorter stroke of the 1052 crank, you'll need some kind of spacer to prevent piston-to-head contact
You should end up with around 1195/1196cc but as to compression ratio, that will depend greatly on how much the combustion chamber volume has been reduced by the skimming, and some math with the swept volume of the cylinder, etc.. etc..
There may be calculators out there now that you can punch the numbers into (bore, stroke, chamber capacity, squish band, valve-pocket capacity on the piston crown etc..) but I don't know of any personally.https://www.omnicalculator.com/everyday-life/compression-ratio

Welcome!
For all intents and purposes, the 'zuma is a twin shock bandit. Very modifyable and can be made into a pretty cool bike
Get a project thread going and some more pics! We like pics..
