martyngsxr Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Doing my Sunday ritual and scanning eblag and found a 1100l shock for sale now my question is what's the difference between the 750l shock and the 1100l shocks Quote
Duckndive Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 spring rate maybe......but I guess it would work there s only a few mm difference in swingarm length Quote
martyngsxr Posted September 18, 2016 Author Posted September 18, 2016 I didn't know if the shock lengths were different Quote
Duckndive Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 cross ref the part no's on some-ware like alpha sports Quote
martyngsxr Posted September 19, 2016 Author Posted September 19, 2016 checked alpha sports and the part numbers dont match Quote
colinworth79 Posted September 19, 2016 Posted September 19, 2016 believe the spring rate and damping are different for the difference in swingarm length but should physically fit . Quote
Gixerjonah Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 They do fit, you'll just have to adjust your rebound and damping. Quote

Captain Chaos Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 IIRC the size of the reservoir is different between 750's and 1100's. Diameter is 57mm on my 750L shock, I think 52mm on 1100's. Quote
