Looks to be coming together nicely.

Had the seat bracket that I made done in green so it blends into the frame where it fastens to the main frame. Head cooler return to the cam cover didn't fit any moras it was touching the frame rail. Once it was on its wheels I slakend all the engine mounts, engine then sank about 5mm at the back enabling the return to fit. Put the renthal bars on which have also been powdered black, fitted the side stand & wheeled it outside for a walk round it.

Made a couple of little brackets to bolt the plenum to the frame to stop it blowing of. Got Will to weld them on then I painted it with the lidle gloss black.

Bolted the headers & turbo back on.

Coolers & lights back on, tidied all the Allenhead bolts smooth in the lathe.

Disided to use b12mk1 carbs, gave them a good buz in the ultrasonic bath converted them to a mushroom pull choke had the mounting bars re-zinked fitted 117.5 main jets & replaced all the bolts with stainless steel allen head items. Fixed them to the engine along with the plenum.

Got some heat resistant heat shrink belive it or not to cover the stainless braided oil cooler lines from the main cooler up front. Didn't want to use the black braided stuff near the exhaust as I have had it melt on the exhaust on my old b12 which resulted in the engine emptying its oil allover the back wheel. Anyway hears a few pics of what I've been doing.

Made a couple of an8 engine breathers for the clutch cover with spare fittings I had in my box of bits.

Hi @clivegto, what is the threads/tap size you put in to the clutch cover ? Looks like an option I could go with rather than welding fittings in.

M16x1.5  case is only very thin that's why I also made the 2 washer nuts up to secure them on the back of the case, will also use a dab of J. B. Weld to secure them.

Decided to get some silver spot calipers to match the old brembo silver back caliper. Got some 2017 mt 09 ones cheap, think they look good on the bike I do.

Had a rethink with the clutch cover & got some  2 an8 weld on fittings, welded on from the back.

£22.17 from ching chong covid land, saves making one & it just happens to clear the cooler pipe.

Got this 45° pipe with V band fittings but don't like the look, bit too big & chunky.

Made 2 little brackets up for the plenum that fasten to the inside of the frame out of some flat steel bar that was kicking about. Hopefully they will stop the plenum from blowing off.

Thanks man, I will take that as a compliment. 

Got some miniature dyna coils & taylor leads from Mr Upperton. All I have to do now is figure out where exactly I am gonna fit them.

Got a couple of little red reservoir pots for the front brake & clutch. Started to make some brackets to mount them directly over the inlet to the master cylinder (no bendy pipes) out of a old r1 swing arm. Not completely happy with these one's so will be remaking them, but you get the idea.
