GSX 750es power

Any on know how Mr Suzuki increased the power on the early GSX 750es from 84hp to 90hp on the later ones. Carbs, cams, exhaust maybe ?

You can get a little more power with a stage 3 dynojetkit, K&N filterpods and a GSXR exhaust.

With that combo mine has been as quick as 11.86 at 107 mph...

Probably cams. It's how they neutered the pop up Kat for some markets.

From memory Jap and Canadian market pop up Kats were neutered to ~85 hp or something, UK and Australian bikes got another 10hp, was all done with cams and jetting to suit. Can and jetting differences were covered in the workshop manual.
