  1. Just going by specs, motor is not assembled yet. Was going to use .30 copper base and layered steel head gaskets. Lightly used pistons and cylinder block purchased off of that site...
  2. 81.5 mm 13.5 with dot head combo. How much Octane will i need?
  3. What year is the 750? My '83 has a '89 750 teapot engine, had to mod fuel tank bottom for clearance. Would need to go further for bigger engine....
  4. SP500 work on 6 hole carriers.
  5. I probably know the answer to this stupid question allready but......
  6. Big thank you to all! Got a cheap set from a 1127, off of that site....
  7. There are different part numbers for the two, 1052 (16480-06b02) have been discontinued.
  8. I'm collecting bits to convert short stroke 750 into a 1052. Will the oil return pipes for a 1127 work?
  9. I wonder how they compare to older rsu stuff? Probably not much different...
  10. '85 and up gsx750es/ef (and 700 that was u.s. only) too.
  11. Whole early teapot front end is an easy swap that looks like that era, are easy to get and are cheap. I had one on mine years ago.
  12. I got one off that auction site for about a tenner....
  13. Prostock dragbikes use vacuum pumps.
  14. I was told years back that kaw 1000 j model boots worked for that type of swap. Try a search on the GSresources forum.
  15. Wow! i would give my right (and only) kidney for that.
  16. '04 1200 Blandit left side wheel spacer has a shield on it that covers those. That is if you have that style of axle....
  17. Teapot front fork, and wheels with the brakes are an easy upgrade. Cheap too. Mine had that set-up for years.
  18. Okay, so i found a clutch on that site. Will i need to find a set of 1052 alternator gears too?
  19. Would it be possible to weld a clutch basket primary gear from a 1052, to a short-stroke 750 basket? I'm thinking it would be an easy way to use my six speed box and clutch in a 1052, that i'm gonna build for my '83 750es, that has a short-stroke engine in it now.
  20. Too bad it's not six bolt carrier, 81 dr500 rear on mine. Vortex has good selection too.
  21. Mine has a 94 1100 arm on it. Is longer than stocker, back edge of tire even with taillight. Had remove a simdge on inside of frame at pivot, 520 chain helps with frame clearance. Has 750 teapot engine also...
  22. '83 gsx750 e or es, '85 gsx700 e or es. Those were what Suzuki sold in the states, the 750 was sold elsewhere up to '87 i think?
  23. I've owned mine since '83, put a short stroke (teapot) 750 in mine. Had to notch the tank above the carbs and install a bung style aftermarket fuel tap at the back of the tank just above the rear tank mount. '93 1100 swingarm with homemade mounts for the shock and lower bellcrank/dogleg assy. B12/RF900 front end
  24. RF900 tree will work with B12 legs. It's what is on mine. The only drawback is with the RF you really can only use the stock non tube style handlebar assys.
  25. Okay, that clears it up, I wasn't sure if the camshafts them selves were all the same size or not. My bad....
