rodneya Posted June 26, 2023 Posted June 26, 2023 Stock bars are pretty high, and most bikes with aftermarket bars are running Renthals or similar. Anybody running clipons who can comment on comfort. Fitted these to see how they looked and Im still undecided. Need a bit of motivation as I have not done much in the last few months. 1 Quote
Swiss Toni Posted June 26, 2023 Posted June 26, 2023 (edited) If they’re std EFE forks, I have a set of OE bars which are quite low up for grabs. Edited June 26, 2023 by Swiss Toni Quote
Fazz711 Posted June 26, 2023 Posted June 26, 2023 EFFs come with at least two types of clip on. I think one was with the fairing which were quite high. The other was on the naked and were quite low. Sure someone will know the hight difference Quote

Blacknblue Posted June 27, 2023 Posted June 27, 2023 Have you sat astride it with those bars? They look like a hell of a stretch! Quote
gorbys Posted June 28, 2023 Posted June 28, 2023 (edited) Not an efe but I run clipons on my gs and I don't find it to hard but I don't mind sportbike ergos either, and the wind resistance helps a bit at speed Edited June 28, 2023 by gorbys Quote
BillyR Posted June 28, 2023 Posted June 28, 2023 Clip on's on my ET ( complete early R1 front end). Much more comfortable than straight bars, and way more feel than shitty renthals. Im also a old fart but can easily ride more hours with clip ons and often find myself throwing the bike about that little bit more. Quote

eddiegsx Posted June 29, 2023 Posted June 29, 2023 The Japanese lads are well into clip ones on their classic air cooled bikes ( gs's, gsx's and z's). Makes the arse end of the bike look higher,I personally think they look really cool. Quote
