Mine is a flat plate not boxed. If you hang on until the end of the year. Our GSX frame bracing Guru Stragewayz should hopefully have completed a detailed how to for us. ( he did the Lucky 7 frame too)

The undertray in JohnR's picture is a Lucky7 prefab too they come in two parts.

edit: I've just been on the lucky7 website and got hold of telephone number. A few sets did get made and if he can dig out the templates more can be produced

Brian did you send bike to racefit for the exhaust  ?, or was it an off the shelf ordered unit.

I took the bike up to them. They like to have the bike to get a perfect fit. Did the same with my  Z1000
