neutral light switch sender, they just use an o ring.
it might also be from the camchain tensioner,  or the o ring sealing the starter motor. take the cover off, give it a good clean with carb cleaner and then run  the engine.
my guess is the gearchange shaft oil seal though.

+1 with @johnr but first you need to take the sprocket cover off that will give you more of a idea, give it a clean and as said start engine and run it up to temp. Non of the seals are a hard job and can be done without removing the motor or stripping it down.

its also possible if the side case has been off recently that the rubber seal round the wires to the alternator or the gasket under the cover have been pinched, damaged, split or misalligned some way.

On a paddock, oil loss should be minimal - there will be some but it ain't gonna flood out. Any common thin o ring which is approx the right dia or smaller can be stretched over will seal as its not under any pressure.
