Any good suggestions to where I should take off 2.17mm for the sprocket to align with the front sprocket?

cant you just make a spacer to move the front sprocket out by the same amount?

You can only skim on the register where the sprocket sits (under the flanged nuts). You will also have to skim round the hub to the same depth. As John says, would it not be easier to sort out the engine sprocket end?

I've got an b hub sprocket. Still need the 2.17mm. I'll try a test mount and see how it feels.

2mm is only a washer you will need to put behind the front sprocket.

Different models have different length sprocket spacor or make a new one.

If you do try reducing the engine sprocket spacer width, keep an eye on the chain to tyre wall clearance.

It seems to clear by 14mm now
