best stuff I used was a 2 part stuff I got from halfrauds, had to mix it , fully resistant to brake fluid

weld in the shock linkage weld in some more bits then weld in some more bits I'm not going to get a job at GIA with my welding, but i'm reasonably happy

then fit the supports for the brace and beat it all with the shiny stick

better start notching tubes like so the brace too

touch of machining to fit the arms to the pivot tube

a wee slug to align the brace and glue the two bits together

start bending bits for the brace more than a little too wide that's more like it bit of rubbity rubbity then cut another bundle of choobs

next on the list is the shock linkage mount

a bit of bendification and I have the main arms then chop a bit for the cross tube (left long for fitting)

next I made up a pair of ends which fit into the jig (temporary bits of threaded bar)

then I made a jig, demonstrated here by a half finished slabby arm

The Viz'meister says I should post more , wasn't sure where to post this, figure it's trick framey, will be going a previously twin shocked steel frame, but the build is a secret ... for secret reasons .. I started by making myself one of these things which combined with 100kg of concrete, a hole in the ground and a steel frame and a steel post ends up with this which bends loominum

on the dyno thur night , there was a noticable flat spot about 5k, Martin chopped the length of the standard airbox rubbers down, refitted foam filters, spot on
