How long are the 550 forks.CBR 954 tripple has same center as the gsxr you have with a bit of a drop to them, have a set in the barn with riseres for them just needes bearing swap. I will never use them. Sent you a message.
Sounds like a plan. That gsxr front end should slot in without a stem change.Lots of dirt up here (actually more cows than people) live north of you in Cedar Key.
You can get that header off Eblag in U.S. cheaper than from manufacture. Ripple Rock Racers builds them, they have all the old jigs and use the hindle name. They make a large pipe version if you have that kind of power think there in Ontario.
ripple rock racers in Canada makes Hindle exhaust for many different old Suzuki's real nice stuff
not sure if shipping across the water is worth it would be to me better than new Hindle
Try to re adjust like in the manual . Pay extra attention to the adjustment at arm coming out of case .If you have proper freeplay up top.
They can be finikey have found the problem usually at that lower arm.Never needed heavy springs for basic stock.
if your using your stock wheels you do not need an offset front sprocket
17t 48 works real good for me with stock swingarm would go 18t 51 with other swingarms
51 tooth rear is hard to get here in steel jt has not been making them for a while now guess 50 would be ok
if your in england biketorqueracing has them front conversion on Eblag and a bunch of others also
jt makes a front sproket that will work but am dammed if i remember what it is off of sorry
stem from 750 katana USA tea pot in UK i believe thats what you call them 98-2005 i think use 2000 as refarance
there a dime a dozen in the states worked for me years and years now bearing are the same as stock GS
