Put the engine in an Aircooled frame...................
  2. A few pics from today,courtesy of Tom @Havoc
  3. I spoke to Rob from Classic Bike Trackdays today about Donnington,he seems to think we aren't having a race team there now,is that right? He also said OSS need to say if we want a pitch there for definite and there will be a certain amount of gazebos available but we will need to say we want one. @KATANAMANGLER, @minx,
  4. Anyone going,I'll be there all weekend with me bike on the Air Cooled Suzuki (ACS) stand, come say hello.
  5. Ha ha,I'm an old fucker! Ta
  6. How have you fixed the clocks into the headlight cowl? Any pics?
  7. Surely your simplest solution is to use an offset front sprocket and channel the frame for the chain run if you need to?
  8. Got ET and EFE clock pods to play with,at the moment it looks like the ET ones will go on and then fit the EFE ones later,I have a couple of spare headlamp cowls to play with,EFE ones won't fit at the moment because of the ignition mount on the top yoke,a new yoke will be made at some point to eliminate the mount, but for now I need to sort the rear wheel and then FBM has to make a new turbo kit for it. I'm trying to not use an offset front sprocket unless I have to.
  9. Oh it will fit,and it'll look great as well ! There's always a way, currently seeing what we need to do with it,I'm fortunate in that my wheels have removable hubs,so if need be a new hub will be made and any frame chopping mods will be done if we need to,the things we do to satisfy our biking needs! Lol
  10. I'm currently having fun putting a 6in rear wheel in my ET.!
  11. Never had a problem with mine, agreed a proper adapter is the proper way to do it,but mine is fine. Seen plenty of them done this way with no issues.
  12. Drill and tap the gallery plug for a normal brake hose banjo bolt and use brake hose with normal banjo fittings, you can also tap a thread into the banjo bolt and use a carburettor main jet to restrict the oil flow.
  13. Excellent job on the bike, looks great.
  14. 01 R1 front end needs a slabby/slingshot stem and a top hat spacer for the top yoke, not sure if you can do it with a bearing swap, stem will need knurling to fit,or have one made, the 3 spoke R1 wheel isn't a bad match for a slingy or Blandit rear wheel, blue spot calipers are great brakes as well.
  15. I'll volunteer myself to help in the pits if we get a race team up and running for this event.
  16. Kawasaki, too many fucking slabbys about, nice as they are be good to see something different.
  17. Bit quicker than seven years! You know where I am if you want any help.
  18. I want to put my bike on the stand ,just booked the time off work!
