I put an EZ wiring loom in my 49 chevy3100, all the wires were black but did have the label written about every 250mm on each wire

Ok many thanks all, I do have soldering equipment & a ratchet crimp tool

I've moved the battery, Cdi etc to under the tank on my slabby & I shortened some of the wires but it's still a mess & wires are getting squashed between tank & engine. I really need to re-wire it so it's a lot tidier. What size wire should I use & what connectors do you recommend? Some items I won't be able to replace the wire all the way to the component, what's best to do in that situation? Thanks
