If they are sparking well and you are confident you are getting fuel.  The question is are they sparking at the right time? Check the resistance on the ignition pick up at the CDI end is good and check the ignition triger assembly and pick ups to make sure it is as it should be. Didnt you say the ignition cover was damaged? Could be a pickup out of position.

 was all running before we pulled it to bits so it's something what we have done or disturbed. Stripped the carbs and give them a clean. Valve clearances have been done. So it looks like just gonna have to go through and double check stuff.

Woohoo running two wires had pushed out of the connector that goes from pickups to cdi box, must of been making some contact to allow a spark but not enough to make it run. Anyway all good now just got to balance carbs, when I find one of my adapters grrrr
