McLean Racing Posted October 7 Posted October 7 From Wreck to Racebike in 7 weeks. Not entirely sure how I managed to pull it off (even with a broken foot) but we made it to Santa Pod Raceway for the final round of the oil cooled outlaws . This 70k mile non runner, GSX1100F Powerscreen has now been converted to fuel injection using a MaxxECU and nitrous and will be a development mule for 2025 so I can try some stuff. Built using left over bits from past projects, and a super tight budget, shes not pretty, i didnt have time to paint it, but that can happen over winter. I made 2 runs yesterday, first being an 11.3 as I had a few settings wrong in the Ecu and then on the 2nd pass ran a 10.0 with a slipping clutch. Ill have to make some changes over the winter when funds allow and sort a lockup clutch, change rear spring rate etc and then next year I can try a pass with the nitrous turned on. 12 Quote

Bow Posted October 12 Posted October 12 Sneaky little bugger well impressed with it bud, and the 10s run on a stock motor is very impressive, about time you got something together for you to run, you’ve spent so long building and running every one else’s bikes, we thought you had retired. be interesting watching this progress over the next season , bang on Bud Quote
