Will welded the back part of the plenum to the front part. I then cut each end off to fit in the frame. Made a couple of ends up to be welded on next. Fuel tap will need moving round 1/3 of a turn I think but I'm going to lift the tank about 8mm as well. IMG_20241030_165701.thumb.jpg.3a2ac180ffb3ff25d0e060fac2e8a00f.jpg IMG_20241101_162232.thumb.jpg.271f0f83fe372c427146a6d26e75eb8b.jpg IMG_20241101_162421.thumb.jpg.1a442731990722f813a1e95d0ea7a347.jpg IMG_20241101_162847.thumb.jpg.efb81830fbf5900f17f4d4ecc95655dc.jpg IMG_20241101_162127.thumb.jpg.9c53280f6b3119fb2e41d258c2681624.jpg IMG_20241101_163651.thumb.jpg.9a339d29fea574d71adb03adac19e60b.jpg  IMG_20241101_165245.thumb.jpg.09e7d90d0b52cdde997da8c4b95630b7.jpg IMG_20241101_163705.thumb.jpg.b8c033be210cb2c4b43ddce4e4d193a7.jpg

Inlet pipe for the plenum from the intercooler going over the top of the engine. I'll take the whole bike to get this welded on. Bottom of the tank will need slight modification but not too much. IMG_20241104_170054.thumb.jpg.de3d012a602e39526b43143fe66d77c0.jpg IMG_20241104_165351.thumb.jpg.08a0c1b7624673e2acf294d5194b3bf7.jpg IMG_20241104_165332.thumb.jpg.42bfa2181fbc365fe8461229cfca0bff.jpg

Had a re-think and I may be over complicating it, gonna just get a 50mm stub welded on then use 90°  silicone pipe. IMG_20241104_180119.thumb.jpg.f305b27b0e42fbd0ee0a139b96ba5043.jpg

Silly cone tube might keep intake air temp lower too :pimp:

Took a bit of weight out of the middle of the cooler stays and cleaned them up to make them more aesthetically pleasing as Mrs GTO's would say. IMG_20241107_133019.thumb.jpg.72ba85a3dc26bc8b73d0246889fe06f9.jpg IMG_20241107_134313.thumb.jpg.23dac99601ba5284eb62dc8e2b317cff.jpg

Picked the plenum up from Wills after he welded stage 3 of it up. Am well pleased with how it's turned out so far :DIMG_20241107_172824.thumb.jpg.044c91f7a168f4f98106e7522ca81d10.jpg IMG_20241107_172851.thumb.jpg.8ea38fce285735f7317c23c3fddc56d3.jpg IMG_20241107_172929.thumb.jpg.d291d5a4bde2979f7505ba92ce70259d.jpg IMG_20241107_172739.thumb.jpg.dcd28658f0da1481d2b9e5916cf0c865.jpg
