Swing arm bearings.

Hi, any advice on getting the swing arm bushes out of a standard 1100m swing arm??

 

Any help appreciated.

Good luck, last ones I did disintegrated, outer race completely seized, ended up getting another arm

Soaking them with a bit of penetrating oil and some heat should help get them out  but a lot of it is down to luck as @spiderpigsaid 

Also the condition of them can be a factor, if they are totally trashed they always harder to remove

Hadn't thought of that

Dremel with care so they are almost cut through then drift out from the other end. They'll just be mullered but the weakness caused by cutting will break them out.
