vintagenoob Posted June 23, 2023 Posted June 23, 2023 (edited) I have a 1982 GS750T that I bought a couple years ago. The previous owner had done a few modifications. The seat was replaced with a harley seat, not sure which one, the fuel tank was replace with another suzuki, but not the same, and they cut quite a bit off the exhaust to make it louder. I had to rebuild the starter, but it will not stay running. I think I have to add baffles. My real question here is, what fuel tanks will fit my bike? I cannot find an original tank anywhere that is reasonably priced. Edited June 24, 2023 by vintagenoob Add pictures. 1 Quote

Swiss Toni Posted June 24, 2023 Posted June 24, 2023 Off the top of my head, GS750 16V or maybe 750/1100 ET/EX. Hard to come by here, but may be more prolific in US. Welcome to OSS, by the way. And … pictures, or it didn’t happen. The bike! But, we don’t mind pictures of scanty clad girlfriends either! 2 Quote
wraith Posted June 25, 2023 Posted June 25, 2023 Welcome to OSS Like most things, anything will fit with work but if you just want a plug and play, as above will do the job. The gs850/1000g won't be to far off but not 100% fit. All depends on how you want the bike to look. Quote
