clivegto
Does a gs1000 motor bolt straight into a gs750. A mate was asking me and I'm not sure. Quote Link to comment

Short answer- not sure. Long answer- have a chat with Brian at Centurion. He was involved with this build (Gloria) Coolest GS750 out there. Prove me wrong . wraith
Got a mate who had a 7/10 said the 1000 went straight in with no fuss, but have seen on here someone saying they had to use the 1000 engine plates? @gs7_11 may help Quote Link to comment
TonyGee
the GSX750 engine is practically the same size as the GSX1100 (GS1000) engine, and i fitted the GSX750 motor in a GS750 frame. Edited June 7, 2023 by TonyGee Quote Link to comment
gs7_11
It fits, but you'll need some brackets. P.S. mine's a 7/11 cos its got a 1085 kit Edited June 7, 2023 by gs7_11 3 Quote Link to comment
Mike711
Can't find them but I'm sure someone on here once posted some drawings for the modified brackets, the rear lower goes straight in but the front 2 need modding & the 2 x lowers & 2 x upper rears I think are made from scratch. I had a 1000 in my 750 since swapped to a GSX1100ET. Edited June 8, 2023 by Mike711 . Quote Link to comment
