E T Posted August 12, 2022 Posted August 12, 2022 (edited) Can anyone tell me standard main jet size for 1100f bst34mm carbs Mine are 114 wich sounds a bit small to me. I'm still pissing about with pilot settings at mo but looking at the colour of the exhaust it looks like its running lean/hot. Not been able to ride it yet to feel how it pulls. Gixer1460 Posted August 12, 2022 Posted August 12, 2022 And two more things - exhaust / plug colour is a very unreliable tell tail these days with ethanol doctored fuel, and secondly, without putting the engine under load ie. on the road, you won't have a Scooby Doo what the engine wants to run right! In neutral and in the garage will tell you nothing except it runs! 4 Quote
wraith Posted August 12, 2022 Posted August 12, 2022 +1 with the plug colour these days, now been told this by 3 people that know what they are saying Quote
