Cable clutch

Is there any advantage having a cable clutch instead of a hydraulic. Tia. Also what’s needed for the conversion

thats a can of worms opened    if you are talking an oil cooled engine then "IMO" only,,,,  then yeah i prefer the feel of a cable,  all you need is a front sprocket cover/cable/clutch lever and probably the 600 push rod.

Feel. Weight. Parts needed are clutch perch, cable, appropriate sprocket cover (B6 as an example) and pushrod. Job jobbed.

Like all things, all comes down to your presence.

Cable clutch has a better feel and much more adjustment, down side unlike a hydraulic clutch you will have to adjust a cable clutch as the cable stretch's.

any, all the same, 2000 on they had a hole in the cover for the speedo sensor.

750 (and probably 600) teapot covers work too If you have low bars/clip-ons, use the teapot cable; flat bars, use the Blandit cable. This is because the bit on the cable that goes into the perch is angled differently between teapot and Blandit.

Is the black with holes in the cheap one?  Less of it. Lighter postage. I'll have it if 100% sound, no cracks.

you answered my question that id not asked! im looking for a cover for a gsxr11 motor with cable clutch and electronic speedo sensor! thanks!

As DEZza said, teapot 750/600 and mark 2 bandit 600 all fit, the push rod s are different lengths depends if it’s fitted to B12 or gsxr 1100 or power screen motor..
