Bandit mk 2 running on 2

As title says, the motor is only running on cylinders 3&4.

Carbs have been ultrasonically cleaned and  stage 3 Dyno jet kit fitted.

Good sparks on 1&2 and fuel in float bowls .

I swapped the slides diaphragms no difference and checked the vacuum hoses seal.

Other than that motor sounds sweet.

Any ideas? Cheers

Yep swap the leads from 1&2 to 3&4 etc and see if the problem change sides  

May also be duff pulgs, had new plugs before now that gave a good spark but would not run a cylinder, so if the lead bit dose not change anything try changing the plugs

Sounds lame but putting small zip ties - 1 around plug lead #1 and 4 round #4 will ensure you never mix them in future

Do that zip tie bit with all my bikes just makes life much easyer

Or buy the little numbered labels you can stick round the leads, they only cost pennies from the usual online outlets

Try reading them at the side of the road, in the dark and pissing rain - with zip ties your guide dog can sort them out
