Awesome ! The older i get the more i like the underengined little bikes ..

They are just so cool. Personally i think the little 250sp and gk73a 400sp are they best looking bikes ever

I see this in your future... Riding through the town centre at 16,500 rpm on an open pipe yet still only doing 25mph...

Riding everywhere at 16k and using the clutch as a throttle.

I think its going to struggle to drag my fat arse around at any decent pace, but if at least I will look cool going slowly.

Cool. Had a 400 SP2 years ago and loved it. Once I’d pulled away of course. Many revs, much clutch.

Ive got two GK73a SP 400's hiding in my lockup awaitng sorting out, this will look ace sat with them.

Always loved em

Had a bit of a propper look at it today, really happy, gave the carbs a quick clean and it fired up. Sounds ace. Just needs a good going over, service and fresh tyres etc and I will be buzzing round

It's certainly better looking than your choice in cars. :D

Very nice bike and loads off fun.

Are you keeping it "as is" or going to tinker ?

I like the seat unit. Is it the same as on any of the 400s? I wonder if aftermarket race jobs with no pillion bit are available anywhere

Nope, it shares switchgear and front calipers with the 400's as far as I can tell. Unreal they went to such lengths to make them instead of just putting 250 motor in a 400

It will be staying as is, apart from servicing, general tidy up stuff
