did you ever get anyone to cnc them?, only reason i ask is i have a cnc sitting idle at the moment, and about 30 years of programming the fking thing! i had a quick look at the drawing, and they are a piece of piss to make, but difficult to hold, i have got an idea to batch them at maybe 100 at a time my business is closed at the moment, and as i am self employed i am not sure when we will re-open, the m/c is sat there idle, i am not touting for work as i can afford the downtime, but if i can help out oss members....... i am not going to make just 4 except as a sample, but if there is enough to be worthwhile, i can make them no problem, stainless, aluminimum, titanium, take your pick

welcome to OSS, remember to RTFR, you don't need a manual to swap out a few gaskets, they are not complicated even if inexperienced gsx 1100 manual will be the same for disassembly/reassembly, there may be some differences in cam/ignition timing and some torque values but broadly the same engine looks dry why the gasket swap?

feckin ace they aren't they?! ooh can't beat a nice pair of dumplings!!!

forgot to say gsxr 750/1100 l/m/n w series will go straight on, as will most other Suzuki usd front ends, you will need to add lock stops but thats about it, do a search loads of very nice gs ones done on here
-
welcome to oss, looks like a nice original one, might be a shame to alter it, leave that one by a gs 1000 chain driven/gsx 750/1100 et/ef/efe, and modify that, more bang for your buck if you get my meaning, never buy a gsxf, and if you do keep it under wraps

also just debating having the arm out for cleaning and weld on some lugs for bobbins, i have seen some tasty yoshi ones on the bay of e

RK are listing 122 links so that should be ok, i have got to try to work out what sprocket carrier i have, i am sure that the rear wheel is straight spoke 5.5 blandit but the guy i got it off mentioned gs 1000 sprocket carrier, and i dont know if pcd's are the same as the blandit, does anyone know?

thats what i thought, mine is fine for wear, but is very scabby and looks rough, been cleaning and polishing while i wait for reg docs, and the chain and sprockets let it down, i agree they look super trick, post some pics when you have fitted yours btw, do you know how many links are required? thanks for the info

As title really, are there any problems going down to 530 chain from 630 on the efe? std ish engine not making huge hp or anything (yet) i did a search but didn't bring much up, saw this and thought it looks good https://chainsandsprockets.co.uk/products/rk-black-scale-ultra-hd-xw-ring-motorcycle-bike-chain-530-zxw-122-links-with-rivet-link

warped clutch plates?

as say what now!? 1460 says, the slider looks missing, and the spring, l/h switch clearly shows "s" which is sidelight, hold it in the middle and see if sidelights illuminate, if they do then prob a detent missing or stuck stand needs no further explanation
-
ahh, i have been thinking about that all fucking day!
-
funny fucker, smidsy
-
yes i get that but what does it stand for?
-

cheers, i wanted some small unobtrusive indicators and saw these on the bay of e , £9.50 ish including delivery, i kid you not, cant remember exactly how much but not more than a tenner, they are made really well too,, no wiring changes just connect and go. cheers viz, i wasn't sure about the red bodywork at first but it has grown on me, pity about the damage to the tank as otherwise its mint inside and out, i didn't know they did a single colour one i thought the red ones were always red / black which i also like.
