  7. How did the 28 tooth cog fit?? Its bigger diameter than the 26 tooth one, so will not mesh with the drive grear on the back of the clutch juts bend it and break it??? Unless the problem with the alternator not working is that the 26 tooth cog was not engaing with the drive gear on the clutch, not turning and not charging.   16. So after some jiggery and quite a bit of pokery, it’s in line, ill make up some new shiny spacers when I do the frame in powder coat..
  17. Just checked front spacing and the spacers are different lengths by 5 mm I had them in upside down and back to front!!!

  19. The bars, seat, foot pegs spacing is fine enough room for my fat arse
