Personally I think the Donnington event in August is by far the best one that we have a stand at. It's got it all,racing,socialising,showing off your bike and getting to do a few laps of the track on the loosely named Parade Laps!

You'll also need the fitting that goes around the headlight itself,adjuster screws etc.

I think you can still buy the chrome part from Suzuki,try Redcar Motorcycles in Leicester or Robinsons.

Agreed Rene,and doing every show is not the suggestion,it is just that ,a suggestion that people may want to do some shows.

I enjoy watching the bikes on trackdays when we go Johnny but ain't interested in doing them,or drag racing but I like going along and seeing everyone at them.Its more of a social thing doing the shows.

Ok,if the general attitude to bike shows is as viz says,fair enough,it's a disappointing attitude to trying to keep the OSS flag flying though.

My Pingel has been on for 4 years with no trouble,I think some people use washing machine type taps as well.

I ran a 16 row one on my turbo ET for a while Wim,only changed it for my own piece of mind really,would give you a bit more room.

ive ran mine without heavy duty studs etc for the last three years with no probs at 11psi of boost [189bhp],now im upgrading the turbo we are putting heavy duty studs and nuts in the motor.

Yes you do,youre welcome to have a go on mine if we ever meet up,its having some upgrades at the moment,my brief for it is for it not to get away from being a bike I can ride to the shops at the push of a button.

Build one,ET,EFE,GS,will all take a Blandit motor, or aCB 750/900 just to be different, personally I'd do a GS750 with a Blandit motor if I were to build another.

Dave Dunlop at FastByMe Turbo Systems comes highly recommended from me,ride in ride out turbo kits makes life very easy,goes in normally aspirated and comes out turboed and ready to rock!

Do I detect a hint of sarcasm there Scott?! Thought I'd just bring it to your collective attention so we didn't potentially lose the chance of a stand etc there,I've booked the time off work to go to it was looking forward to helping out if we were/are racing.
