wraith Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 (edited) Do you have to have the relay connected to the harness if you're not using the cut out switch? Pic of thing. The wire colours are Green Orange/black Orange/Yellow Edited November 10, 2018 by wraith Add a bit Quote
Captain Chaos Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 Orange/Yellow (+12V from fuse) should be connected to Orange/Black (to kill switch) and then you can ditch the sidestand switch, relay and diode. 1 Quote
Captain Chaos Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 oh yes and on the diode Blue (from neutral switch) should be connected to Black/Blue (to neutral indicator) 1 Quote
Gsx1100er Posted November 11, 2018 Posted November 11, 2018 What do you do with the original side stand switch connections ?( green and black/ white wires ) Gaz Quote
Captain Chaos Posted November 11, 2018 Posted November 11, 2018 I ripped them out of my loom, complete with diode and relay. Connected the remaining wires as writen above. Quote
jonny1bump Posted November 17, 2018 Posted November 17, 2018 Perhaps this should be stickied too. I've been asked about this in past too. Quote
