It's converted. Cheers for that, interesting read! So my drag build thread about breather pipes to stop wind deflection was right And i also run blanked (#0) jets for this circuit, which is best for non airbox running Not answered the above Q's yet though? I'd assume it would have 4 off? the cold start jets are pressed in the plastic float holders, maybe the other 3 didn't fall out yet? Quote Link to comment
CockneyRick
I can't see any obvious parts pressed into them? Got a pic where they should be? Quote Link to comment
Captain Chaos
will be home on friday, can take a pic then. 1 Quote Link to comment

CockneyRick
Another issue is i want to get a rebuild kit for em. They came of a 750 but are going on my 1100, so i would assume i'd be better off getting the 1100 kit as it will have bigger jets etc? Quote Link to comment
Blue
I’ve got a factorypro kit in my 38’s & got new o rings & float bowl gaskets from https://www.litetek.co/Carb_Kit_Suzuki_GSXR750_91_M.html 2 Quote Link to comment
CockneyRick
What engine are they fitted to @Blue? Quote Link to comment
CockneyRick
So std carbs are 36's? What kit did you put in em, for the 750 or the 1100M? Quote Link to comment

CockneyRick
So despite the 1100 engine, you still used a facPro 750 kit? Quote Link to comment
Blue
This is the kit I used Quote Link to comment
CockneyRick
That's the kit i want, where'd you get it? Quote Link to comment
Blue
I think I got it direct from them. By the way I ended up with #155 mains 1 Quote Link to comment
CockneyRick
Another conundrum, i have the original set, plus some spares. They appear different. The carb bowls are as follows: Carbs = Drain, jet change nut, blanked 0 jet in bowl with pipe up side (Left) Spares = Drain, No jet nut, blanked bowl & no 0 jet, No pipe up side (Right) Quote Link to comment
Captain Chaos
those spare float bowls could be from 36mm carbs although not all 38's have the jet nut, but they all have the pipe up Quote Link to comment
CockneyRick
Got em as 38 spares, but as you say no pipe? Body apertures on both are 46/58 Original set had 37.5 pilots, DJ needles in, & solid DJ jets with 102 mains Spares had 35 Pilots, U.S. 6ZDZ needles in, & Std holed jets with 144 mains, which i thought were DJ size too? A proper mess of parts here! Edited November 2, 2018 by CockneyRick Quote Link to comment
CockneyRick
Body of No1 carb spares Quote Link to comment
Rossco(Iceman Josros)
@CockneyRickI’ve a set the same as yours I am prepping to go on Slabby 1 and a set of off a water boilers for spares I’ll have a look for differences 1 Quote Link to comment
CockneyRick
Back from cleaning, Missing parts supplied by @Captain Chaos now just waiting on the seal rebuild kit & new jets. Would like a Factory Pro CRB-S21-3.0 kit to fit too, but price is ridiculous! Hoping Rich Hocking can help me Quote Link to comment
CockneyRick
Oh dear, the Emulsions (despite being holed & solid) are both DJ! Main jets 102 & 144 are def DJ! Springs are different lengths? One set of slides are plugged, others are standard! So i can't buy a Factory Pro kit as i will need a set of std Emulsions for the kit to work. They ain't cheap & hard to find for the 38's? Quote Link to comment

nlovien
are the worn needles alloy ? - if so then likely dynojet also - and if so yir quids in - send them back to dynojet and they will replace free of charge - recently done this with a set of 38's Quote Link to comment
