GV73C is a 1127R model with restrictions, German models had this I think and maybe France, plus a few others ? GV73A - was an unrestricted worldwide model - the GV73B, like in the UK , was an unrestricted bike with slight alterations, an extra silencer baffle plate in our case (it lowered hp by lowering flow and cocked up the carburation on the 1100M/N).
