Exhaust compatibility

Excuse the ignorance..... But is there a shallower sump I can fit to a b12 engine so that I can fit a gsxr 750 micron header?

The original 1052 sumps were flat and had oil connections to the lower side - obviously you'll need the correct pick-up and cooler hoses but that's sort of the only option?

I had a slingshot sump on a b12 with micron headers on but they were of a 1100.

Use one from a 600f or from a 750 slabby. Stock the flattest and with oil connections on the front.

Yep,use the 88/89 gsxr750j/k, 88-96 gsx600/750f or 89-92 gsxr1100k-n sumps,these use 4-2-2 systems,so are the flattest. I have a 750L 4-1 Micron system on my 1100k.
And as above,the 1052 sumps also work(oil cooler fittings sit in the same place as all the ones i listed). My brothers 1100g has a micron 4-2-1 system from a 750

the diameter of the 750 pipe isn't that smaller than from an 1100?

Not ones I've found. 4-1 on my slabby is actually a 750 system

I tried a 750 Micron on my 1052 engine and it would not clear the sump ...,
