engine playing up

have a gsxr 7/11 I take it out for a hard blat  around 50 miles then all of a sudden it will cut out while slowing down for roundabout or junction  have checked fuel+spark  both ok   any ideas  TIA

After it cuts out is it easy to re start?

..... if sll the above is verified to be ok ..... then the only options left are electrical connection issues or an intermttant short ....seen ignition switches do this too .

Had this with cracked plug caps. Only did it when fucking hot.

Dyna coils?????? I've has 2 old sets fail intermittently when hot or check vacuum hose for cracks and holes........

Had an srad few years back ,would start and run fine but park up and try to restart , nothing even though turned over fine . Started cutting out when running too . New battery cured it ? Baffled me  too but was cheapest first option and went against every thing I know about fault finding
