clivegto Posted January 17 Author Posted January 17 Scored a Hayabusa double braced swinging arm which is exactly what I wanted for the JMC frame, to say I very pleased indeed would definitely be an understatement 13 Quote

BillyR Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Im sure you know, but for peace of mind it might be worth getting a laser level on that arm and in particular the slots , speaking from unfortunate experience the level of quality control that place had varied from good to, 'its friday afternoon so ill just slap this together without the jig'. Yea, this one's not twisted and it's parallel. Last busa one I had oveled the bearing housing due to hard launching on the drag strip so I replaced the front tube on that one. 2 Quote
clivegto Posted February 6 Author Posted February 6 Little bit of progress GsxrSam made me a swingarm arm spindle out of a slingshot one which is 20mm so after a bit of jigger pokery fitting some B12 top hat swinging arm spacers which slot straight inside the busa one's the busa JMC swinging arm fits the JMC frame. 8 Quote
