smirk Posted November 21, 2023 Posted November 21, 2023 I hate the front mudguard! Before I attack it over Xmas to make it less squashed slug like.... is there any others models that sort of fit? Quote
Toecutter Posted November 21, 2023 Posted November 21, 2023 Rf900 and gsx r slabside any good? Think the rf one is quite similar to squashed slug though... Quote

Slabside has a larger diameter front tyre, the radius of the mudguard won't work because the bandit needs a 17 inch mudguard Pictured here is the opposite, an SRAD mudguard over a slabside wheel. Took a lot of time and another mudguard to get it right Edited November 21, 2023 by Joseph 1 Quote
smirk Posted November 22, 2023 Author Posted November 22, 2023 I've been staring at it again... and now thinking of trying to modify the mounts to side mount like mk2 forks to enable ordinary "un slug" round guard to fit. I'm fed up of goolgle images as every type with the flat top mount seems slug like. Quote
Joseph Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 You could also find a mud guard you like (glassfiber replica) and do some fiber work in order to modify that so it matches how the original one fits onto the alloy brace ? Quote
Peterv Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 The inazuma has a nice old school look to it.. , could be plug and play.. 1 Quote
