Rf900 and gsx r  slabside any good? Think the rf one is quite similar to squashed slug though...

Slabside has a larger diameter front tyre, the radius of the mudguard won't work because the bandit needs a 17 inch mudguard

Pictured here is the opposite, an SRAD mudguard over a slabside wheel. Took a lot of time and another mudguard to get it right xD

I've been staring at it again... and now thinking of trying to modify the mounts to side mount like mk2 forks to enable ordinary "un slug" round guard to fit. I'm fed up of goolgle images as every type with the flat top mount seems slug like.

You could also find a mud guard you like (glassfiber replica) and do some fiber work in order to modify that so it matches how the original one fits onto the alloy brace ?

I’m just in the process of fabricating a couple of brackets to fit an alloy mudguard to my mk1 bandit,

Quite simple really

Guard is from Eblag, seller is causeway-316,

handmade from 3mm aluminium, very nice quality and not too expensive at £57

hoping he can make me a rear guard to match, but he’s not very good at answering enquiries
