kja.busa Posted January 6, 2023 Posted January 6, 2023 Anyone got any photos of the 1135cc carbs from either an EFE or the unfaired EG model? How would you distinguish these carbs from an earlier 1100 (1089cc) model? Quote
Dezza Posted January 6, 2023 Posted January 6, 2023 The efe is the only big aircooled Suzuki dino-four with BS36 carbs. I may be wrong but I think this is the only big aircooled four that had OEM carbs this big. All previous GSX 1100s had smaller carbs. So measure the carbs Quote
Dorkburger Posted January 6, 2023 Posted January 6, 2023 There'sa part number on them, of which I dont recall. If no one chimes in before then, I'll take a look when I get home this evening. Quote
buff Posted January 6, 2023 Posted January 6, 2023 Efe have tin tops with a recess in the middle that holds the spring in place. Quote
kja.busa Posted January 6, 2023 Author Posted January 6, 2023 Am i right in thinking, as standard the carbs were painted black? I had a set many years ago, which were dynojetted, and i seem to think they were black, but its 30 years ago and i cant quite remember. Quote

Jonny Posted January 7, 2023 Posted January 7, 2023 Here’s a bunch of pics of a set of 36s from an 86 EFE. Let me know if you want to see anything specific. 1 Quote
