B6 clutch push rod

Got a wanted add in but can anybody tell me the length of the MK1 b6 clutch push rod?

Wraith just use piece of silver steel and round the ends off.

If doing clutch conversion make longer rod not add ball bearing as in Lee article, you don't want restrict the oil going down centre of shaft.

Got some bar left over from when I made new one for the kat  

I did have two standard b6 ones kicking about, but now I need one I can't find them 

It's to go in the b6 motor that's going in the gs550.

When I haven't had any bar to hand I have used 6mm drill bits in the past.

 just to help home out the seal 

I've got some mild steel 6mm bar, some stainless 6mm bar and some TI 6mm bar so I think I'm ok for bar at the moment, but if it came to it I've got a load of long 6mm bolts
