I would never buy a bike from him. 
- replaces fork seals without disassembling and cleaning the forks
- incorrectly installs front wheel bearings (should install left first)

by then i stopped watching.

Why would you install the left hand front wheel bearing first ?

that's the one that should be bottomed out. It determines that the wheel is centered, since it is at a fixed distance from the fork leg (the thickness of the speedo drive). The right bearing is then installed as deep as the crush tube allows.

Very small difference but still a difference.

then someone installs the right bearing and hammers it all the way home and knocks the left bearing out :S :D
