Katana front speedo cover removal?

1982 Kat 1000, I want to take the black plastic front instrument surround off.  I have the 3 front small screws out but don’t know how to get the trip meter knob off and if there’s anything else to look for?  Thanks

if theirs is no screw down the hole then they just pull off.
