Bought a spare front wheel which happens to be silver so stuck it in to see what it’s like, and squirted some white paint on the mudguard :tu258316C9-A83B-436B-8559-D66C421EB21B.thumb.jpeg.9bb6cd81076528ec483f515ed666248a.jpeg824881F1-E215-4358-B7E0-8858411B3D8E.thumb.jpeg.b77f61e5238564c8486efc9e6fb4c9cd.jpegA6BFD53E-7444-4C8E-899E-DB3FA9915975.thumb.jpeg.6ebe67d62abe21e2704f39ffe27d70fb.jpeg

So its time for a test flight as its still MOT'd, insurance £76 !!!!!!!!!!!:D:D

But it is officially Blowing a Hoolie out there, so Id better postpone the first ride until the wind drops below gale force.:(

One thing I might need in the future, a slabby braced swinger?? Anyone got a spare one, ????

Wemoto do an OEM quality pattern one (750 teapot with the 90 degree end) for about 9 quid. I bought one and was much impressed. They list them on eb@y :)

Well that was strange??? Took it to bits and the cable wasn't broke, but very slack.:$

All i can think was the pushrod wasn't seated correctly and dropped into location when i pumped it., or the worm drive was not in propely.. But seems OK now ive adjusted it all up again??   O.o

I think ill get a new cable anyway.

Got bored polishing the tank, so as soon as the rian stopped i went for a quick 5 mile lap....:D

The rears too low, needs more ride height, the chain is as slack as a yak, front tyre is wank, needs changing tooot suite... The front end is epic otherwise, brakes brilliant and suspension just right. Motor pulls well but needs setting up properly, and the clocks are on the wonk.!!!!!o.O

But all in all a very successful test flight.:D

So ride height adjustment, plenty of thread on the shock but almost no clearance between the spring and linkage, wound the shouck up 2 turns and it touched and the shock wouldnt move, so went back to one turn and it was fine. seat heights still a bit low but its noticable better.. I might try filing the corner of the linkage where it touches,:tu

I need some more weather protection for the electrics as it’s a bit open under the seat..

as im Totally inept as joining metal together using the “hot metal glue”method I’m using bolts, and all the ally is from the scrap bin at work, so it’s good for the Environmentalists:)

I couldn’t work out why it was on the pissO.o88472023-7F78-46F2-B1DF-4CAD6A85659B.thumb.jpeg.587663ec8a63ad79fa59c34edbbe2581.jpegthen I stuck a straight edge across the back !!!!!!!!!

The seat base needs to come up a bit to get my arse in the right position, so I’ve stuck a chod of  wood under for now and find a

plastic block later once it’s all in the right place :)06C1110B-3574-48EF-BDDB-0C75F334E531.thumb.jpeg.aab3853d5fcc9de3770c917a4c52f103.jpeg4064F909-D8D0-433C-8F9A-FE0E6CC657C0.thumb.jpeg.e1ac80411a5790ceb42fffacc3a4eedb.jpeg
