Slingshot frame ?

Morning 

brought this as a spare slingy frame but it needs to go and looking at it has me wondering.  Is it slingy or first year watercooled. Everything looks right except for the thread in the frame on the end of the swingarm mount. Did this appear on the last oil cooled bikes or only after they changed.

I thought slingshot subframes were all welded. The water cooled ones were bolted.

motor will fit with some moderate modifications ...... easy ?  not really .

Definately water cooled, 3rd gen GSXR.

Any frame that had the chamfered edge like the one u have is 3rd generation GSXR, and the subframes where bolt on....like @no classsaid, it will fit but alot of faffing about.

That's what I'm using.  1992 -96.

Early water cooled frame , later ones had additional plating inside and a mount under the top frame rail.
