Pudzrx Posted January 18, 2021 Posted January 18, 2021 Anyone know if another models brake pedal is the same fitment /spline size ? I need a steel one not cast ally to modify, please see below. Quote
no class Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 clearance issue ...... try a slabside brake pedal . if the slines are smaller you could cut off the kat spline shaft and weld in a slabby shaft ... then bush the frame mount for the smaller shaft . Quote

Pudzrx Posted January 19, 2021 Author Posted January 19, 2021 Is that 20mm 18 spline ? Been looking at those. If I can get a steel pedal , will just bend a bit of tube and attach to the spline and the pedal. Cheers puddy Quote
Pudzrx Posted January 22, 2021 Author Posted January 22, 2021 Well would you believe it ? Managed to keep the original pedal with fitting the aftermarket pegs and billet brackets that came with the bike , spaced out from the frame slightly. Adjusted the brake pedal pushrod to get the pedal level , just gotta make the bracket to hold the meg on. Well happy! Puddy Quote
