Fellar Posted January 12, 2021 Posted January 12, 2021 (edited) I have a 1980 Gs1000s that has no spark on cylinders 2 and 3. I have power on the orange/white wires to the coils but the black/ yellow wire also has power. If I disconnect the wire I lose power to the black/ yellow wire. I only have spark on the #1 and #4 when I take my finger off of the start button. All help is appreciated. Thanks in advance! Edited January 12, 2021 by Fellar Quote

Thanks in advance! you shouldn't have battery voltage to both wires to the coil, one has 12v the other is the trigger from the CDI. sounds like a short !!! 1 Quote
