GSX-R / Bandit Sprocket Covers

hello, I have a 1998 B12. I am wondering if the sprocket cover is the same as a 1989-92 GSX-R 1100

Part numbers are different, but that doesn't mean they aren't interchangeable.  I'm certain you'll get a definitive answer on this.

Welcome on OSS. 

covers are not the same but can be swapped. Clutch pushrod will probably also need to be replaced.

Covers can be swapped between all the oil cooled motors, even the cable clutch ones, the slave cylinder will also swap.

But you will need to make/buy/experiment with push rods

I think the push rods are the same for the 1127 motors and b12?

I think it's when you convert from hydraulic to cable where the push rods need making up.

B12 rod is 80 mm 1127 is 100 or 102 mm depending on year

Also how much does a set of used cams from a 1989 750 GSXR go for and how much torque is on the caps that hold the cams in. Thanks

Cam price depends on condition. Torque setting for caps is:  8-12nm (6 - 8.5 ft.lbs).

If you want more bolt on power there's a DOT head and gsxr cams on eblag.
