Damienga15de
Hi all, I have been slack with my build hoping to get it done soon but have ran into a issue. The standard 1100 master fouls the 750 fairing, and the ducati brembo master looks and fits great but doesn't push enough fluid to disengage the clutch properly. The ducati appears to be a 13mm cylinder and the 1100 a 14 but the stroke feels longer on the 1100 too What other options have I got? Quote Link to comment
fatblokeonbandit
Cable clutch just bolts on Quote Link to comment
dupersunc
What he said. bandit 600 or gsxf600 sprocket cover and release next. gsxr600 clutch cable. gsxr 750 lever. Quote Link to comment
Dezza
Covers from the 750 teapot work too. The GSXR 1000 lever works and may still be on offer at Robinsons. Not long ago the complete perch/lever assembly was only 25 quid all in. Oh, and they had new OEM blandit 600 cables for 8 quid. Quote Link to comment
dupersunc
Bandit 600 cable doesnt have the swept steel guide the gsxf one has at the lever end. You get a better cable run with the gsxf part if you run clip one. Quote Link to comment

I assume you mean clip ons as s and e are next to each other on a qwerty keyboard Quote Link to comment
MeanBean49
The ducati master should work, ive been using them for years. Quote Link to comment

Even if it's 13mm and looks to be a shorter stroke, it does make the clutch slip but definetly doesn't disengage fully at tick over you would do well to make the wheel stop by hand. It is a full new ebc clutch pack would this make a difference Quote Link to comment
banoffee
Where does it foul? Would a remote res one e.g. ZXR750 help? Quote Link to comment
Damienga15de
Yes I think it would the 1100 fouls on top fairing brace, ducati just clears it Quote Link to comment
Damienga15de
Got sorted zx7r we believe, working perfect, Quote Link to comment

Ive never had a problem with them, even with a lockup clutch fitted Quote Link to comment
Damienga15de
Think it was off a st4? would build fine pressure on a siezed cylinder on a test but nothing near enough travel at the slave on the bike, the zx went on lovely and once bled works the finest. Quote Link to comment
