Does anybody know who makes a wiring harness for the above please.Just had a look at the SAISEI-EUROPE site and they do one for the big Zs for about 120 quid, but no Suzuki stuff ??. So does any one know someone who does a good harness. Thanks.

Been sorting through some old ET carbs and found some that have been Dynojetted in the past .Don't know anything about Dynojetting sett up.Is it possible to put them back to standard ???. THANKS .

Buy genuine Suzuki, might be a bit more money, but worth it. Also a smear of Wellseal. Have used Cometic , not greatly impressed.

While your doing everything else chuck a DYNA S ignition on to compliment the coils. Good luck with the rebuild.

What sort of damage is there to the EF head, because I have an EF head that's been damaged by rings or valve breakage in its past. Some of the marks are about 2 mm deep. So how do you go about fixing it ????.

They don't have to be original suzook discs , was thinking on the lines of EBC or the like ??? . Will ring them on the morrow.

Just asking if anyone has put new discs on the original ET front end .I am considering trying to build original as possible but want to make sure I can get the right parts before I go to far. Thanks in advance.

There are one tooth difference on the smaller gear between EFE and ET. Does it still work ,or do I have some thing odd. ???

According to the Haynes comic Cam height is 35.241 Inlet and 34.933 Exhaust. Standard cam is 34.650 in and 34.360 E x

Busy rebuilding 1983 ish Kat engine and would like to know how much play in the springs on back plate is ok . The thinner of the springs (painted yellow) has no end play, but turn reasonably easy. The other larger springs has about 1 1/2 mill end play. Do I need to rebuild , or not.

So you change motor and gear, what advantage is there , does it turn the engine over faster because you have changed the gearing. Any other information is well recieved.

Can anyone tell me if the ET and EFE starter motors are interchangable please.

I would have thought a good set of EFE D cams would be a good choice when degreed in correctly.

The reason I am asking mainly about the generator cover is I sent mine for polishing and they said it was to bad a condition to do a decent job on. So I need another (now have) , but was wanting to know if there is any obvious differences between them so I dont buy the wrong one. PS its an 1100 Kat engine.
