  1. Yeah used Russ loads of times over the years, very switched on, and has loads of experience. One of the few dynos I trust
  2. I would be more worried about the wheels than the sprocket lol. Talon hard ally ones hold up really well on mine, but if you want steel look at supersprox, they are really good
  3. I used the forged ones on the slabby i did, they were bigger an8 ones but the cleared the tank too
  4. That much oil coming out suggests a goosed turbo imo.
  5. You and me both, i cant even grow a douchebag teenager goatee
  6. Your already the most famous person I know. Cant believe youve sold out on us. Quitter
  7. Yeah, was a bit of a game to see how long it took to get banned. Dont think he realised he was the one being toyed with, such is his own opinion of his greatness over everyone else.
  8. @Paulmyou should remember, it was you who started the post causing all the trouble, haha @YoshiJohnnyit funny isnt it how what we all said at the time is happenening now. Goes to show you cant tell readers what they should like, and you can't treat them all as inferioir to yourself. Especially when its the readers bikes that make up the content for your magazine.
  9. It was over a post about a cafe racer bandit 600 they had in sboty competition. Lots of people complaining it wasnt a special was just a bandit with fork gaitors and brown seat. Jim spent whole debate giving us all grief for daring to question it, using big words to lord it over everyone loke he does, so I screenshotted hos own page where he had been slagging off a very similar bandit for the exact same things everyone was saying. Needless to say he gave a pompus response, left it up for long enough then exactly as I thought and expected he banned me from the page, then proceeded to slag me off thinking I could no longer see.
  10. He may have a point, but you can only come to that conclusion from actually knowing me.
  11. Oh, those 2 are still involved? Not for me. Trackday be interesting, see if Jim remembers callimg me terminally stupid when he thought I couldnt see it
  12. Might want to check front wheel clearence if cooler is in front of the headers. Personally I would just reduce the steering lock to suit. Ive never really found it an issue apart from Austin Powers style turns in car parks
  13. Had stock boots on mine for years, just run a bead of Aircraft fuel tank sealer in the grooves just to help seal completely.
  14. It will be staying as is, apart from servicing, general tidy up stuff
  15. Nope, it shares switchgear and front calipers with the 400's as far as I can tell. Unreal they went to such lengths to make them instead of just putting 250 motor in a 400
  16. Look pretty stock, can see the 27a, unless they have been reground. Get em measured
  17. Any set of cams can have a B on them, its just random, just to do with the batch number, had them on alsorts of cams from different models
  18. Only way to ident cams is measure lobes and compare specs
  19. I wont be able to make it. Spondon isnt done and got things on the sat
  20. Had a bit of a propper look at it today, really happy, gave the carbs a quick clean and it fired up. Sounds ace. Just needs a good going over, service and fresh tyres etc and I will be buzzing round
  21. Ive got two GK73a SP 400's hiding in my lockup awaitng sorting out, this will look ace sat with them. Always loved em
  22. Riding everywhere at 16k and using the clutch as a throttle. I think its going to struggle to drag my fat arse around at any decent pace, but if at least I will look cool going slowly.
  23. They are just so cool. Personally i think the little 250sp and gk73a 400sp are they best looking bikes ever
  24. Dont bother with the ignition advancer, spend a bit more on an ignitech fully programable cdi and change the curve only where its beneficial, save loosing a bit of bottom end power, and still get the top end increase.
  25. So it seems ive just bought this little gem on the bay of many things. Cool little addition to the collection. Hopefully as nice as the pics when i pick it up
