Your telling me I've got enough spares to build an 1100 fighter mostly bought with the Harris in mind now if I can convince a mate to part with the 750m frame lurking in my shed I see a cafe/fighter ahead :-)

Still got a couple of electrical gremlins and needs new bars possibly another headlight re make the rear part of the seat pad ,don't think it will ever be truly finished :-) :-)

Hi folks might be a daft question but I Had the carbs Mikuni 40's off my Gsxr motor last night and noticed the carb tops have number and letter combinations Mines have 3 tops with C1 on them and one has B1 I take it there is a reason for this but not sure what and does the B1 top need to be in a certain position as it seems to restrict the slide I also have a set of 38's the same 3 , C1 and 1 B1 but they were positioned differently any help greatly appreciated Thanks :-)

Not sure Ash it was with the bike when i got it and the guy I bought it from was a welder on the pipelines so it might be a home brew :-)

Sorted its running vm29,s standard airbox all good was crap in the carbs and badly fitted airbox and tick over set way low took it all apart cleaned n build up seems ok still a wee bit fluffy low down bit seems crisp enough once it catches

It's a G I think 1986 will check the vacuum pipe later

Yeah it just won't take throttle touch it and the bike cuts out ?
