Clive surprised you not changed to cable far nicer then hydraulic.
So old school not it good way. You will have all adjustability you want then.

Is the basket new, if second hand look out for plate indents.
Remember chamfer side in towards engine with the plates.

Guys thanks for the info all makes very good sense.

Is there formula or is it as simple as max boost pressure plus your 2 psi starting pressure.
Cheers.

Gents hope we are all well.
Quick question for those who have carbs with boost reference reg, what fuel pressure do you see a full chat with idle setting at 1.5 to 2 psi.
Cheers Jonny.

Oh yes forgot about that I had smoothed it over and but them in bowls. Hmmmm got thinking now, may go back to stock style on this build.

You don't actually need to remove it. At least you cam blow galleries easier i suppose.

The stock m headlight has parking bulb and high and low bulbs in both headlights. They also had no relays.
Now the slabsides did have relays. The bike im wiring up now will have relays.

Hi all,
I've seen a lot of builds with an engine breather+filter coming straight out the oil filler cap port. Wondered what's the advantage of this?
Does it let you fully remove and blank off the breather box on top of the engine? Can see how that would be good for clearance if so. Any other advantages?
Cheers
ShillYes they great for creating a big oilly mess.
If the cover is not extended out clutch acts like a lovely paddle wheel old skool water mill styley. Nice.
Yes they can help with big cc but not mounted there.

Look at ignitech. They do a little strain guage that fits in the shift rod.
Not sure if it'll work with the dyna2000.
For 170euro you can buy a proper programmable ignition and quickshifter from Ignitech.
Bung the dyna2000 on Eblag to pay for it.
They micro switch type Dunc.
Good to know you've tried them, cheaper them HM strain I've used but they are dam good.

Chafered side of clutch plates in towards engine.

Yes got talked into getting shed load knocked up, quite lot of bikes now have them fitted.

I had to do engine rebuild when fuel tap failed in isle of man, because bikes leans over quite away tap is critical.

Reduces the risk of breaking.

We are using standard valve springs as head so many of the ones you mentioned break with not lot of mileage depends on your usage obviously. This then limits your lift of cam before you go coil bound. Alot of stuff to think about.

Take it apart check for scoring, if it is throw in a new stock one.
