If someone has wound the castle trust clearance adjuster in hard it can act like a G clamp. Its different if you had bike long time and know it inside out.

Never seen it done and if not trying to do anything clever are you gonna really see it when pushing it at speed and concentrating on next corner come up. If take it too pub fair enough you probably will see it.

I've seen 5 hp increase on dyno pushing end of stock fuel tap in, generally they not very good especially with age of them now.

High can someone measure LH mounting centre pitch please of a bandit hugger.

Is it turbo build if not you don't need lock up.
Never seen lock up done with 750 actuator it would have to be some special to work.

Got to say Clive thats looks awful.
At end of day the scavenge tank needs to be big enough for when you shutdown as there is still pressure in the system that pushes into turbo for quite some time. I used check valve on flow pipe and along with sump stopped any smoking on start up.
I'm totally impressed with my home made mechanical pump too.

Clive i could not see why up would want to vent scavenge tank at end day the pump always needs a head of oil to work there best, mechanical pumps certainly need this why wouldn't the little electric pumps be the same.

I must got unlucky with last on i did as had use carbide in the lathe, but it did tap ok after so just must been hard spot after hearing about your results.

I had do same turn it down. You done well drilling and tapping in situ.

Bit of chopping and welding you can make it fit thou. Thats what did on my turbo build, you can get rid of all the clutter then. Is time consuming thou.

Greg remember your only really interested in quick shifter been spot on when your close to red line, at end day they designed for racing and flat out shifts.
Normal riding should still use your clutch.

With ya springs Greg I looked at charts and got confused as nothing seem to match colours for what psi i had so I connected wastegate direct to compressor using a simple air reg with gauge. As you see piston start to lift as you wind up air pressure that gives accurate psi reference for spring or springs. Worked for me especially as raided friends box springs. Sadly I only found 1 bar and 19 psi, the 19 made fueling proper lean out, which found confusing as 1 to 1 boost reference reg I Would have thought would sort this. Anyway still learning alot when comes to these hair dryers.
