My best time on old faithful was 1min 41 but I couldn't do that nowadays too long out saddle for that sort of speed.
So sub 2 on bandit 6 not hanging about mate.

I was getting through set of imusion tubes every year. The dynojet tubes last 5 minutes always use stock suzuk.
I knew they were gone, the moment coming out slow corners it hesitated at full lean, not pleasant.

Yep need correct spring pressure, I did my conversion for more choice of cams and easy valve adjustment, but it involves welding cam face and re machine, heads were more readily available then, not sure id do it now days.
Ray always said to me when I was playing on tracks its serviceable item be prepared to replace.

Panos you won't be able to use airbox with dot head and your have to beat fuel tank in to get carbs to clear.
The dot head great on stock engine great for increasing cc the chamber fair bit smaller, the raised compression with down draft and port shape gives good gains but with 1216 its not going to work, there would not be alot left of the piston to get compression somewhere near, there are ways but you got look at big picture and look and what your compromising for those gains.

I had use sump and pressure relief valve to shut off the feed flow with engine off, as our engine have so much residual pressure after shutdown.

I use motul 300v mainly to stop cam wear.
