Wasn't that on Eblag a while back? Either that or it's a remarkable coincidence that there are two with Tecnomagnesio wheels and Spondon front discs

It was on eblag many years ago,maybe 6 or 7 used to be blue, and 6 frame kits built, and yes it does have an eccentric ride hight adjuster
